Entering our 18th year, The Michael Lisnow Respite Center is a place that provides emotional and physical support for individuals with disabilities and their families.
Located in Hopkinton, Massachusetts, the Center serves hundreds of families. We can not do this without the generous support of many, and the inspiration given to us by the life and memory of Michael Carter Lisnow.
We ask that you take a moment to read Michael's story, view our efforts through images in our photo gallery, and learn about the programs we have available. We believe that the true legacy of Michael is not just the house itself, but it is the wisdom he continues to inspire in us and the strength to help change lives.

Saturday, October 17th is the 18th annual Michael's Run 5K held on the Hopkinton Town Common. This is a phenomenal day of fun, music and food.
Once a year, some of the best local musicians gather together and perform a special night of music for the Respite Center. This year, on September 11th, we will hold our 11th annual Respite Coffeehouse!
