Here's how to find us

From Points East

Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (known as the "Mass Pike", or just "the Pike") to exit 11A (Route 495). Merge onto I-495 SOUTH toward CAPE COD.

Take the W.MAIN ST. exit - exit number 21A - toward HOPKINTON.

Proceed East from Exit 21A, and after about 1.3 miles, W.MAIN ST merges with Route 135.

Continue approximately 50 Yards, and the Michael Carter Lisnow Respite Center is on your left.

If you get to the intersection of Routes 85 and 135, turnaround, you've gone too far.
