Entering our 14th year, The Michael Carter Lisnow Respite Center is a place that provides emotional and physical support for individuals with disabilities and their families.
Located in Hopkinton, Massachusetts, the Center serves hundreds of families. We can not do this without the generous support of many, and the inspiration given to us by the life and memory of Michael Carter Lisnow.

We believe that the true legacy of Michael is not just the house itself, but it is the wisdom he continues to inspire in us and the strength to help change lives.

Michael’s Run
We held Michaels' Run on October 22nd, 2011, and it was a tremendous success. We are look forward to seeing you next fall.

Boston Marathon 2012
We are starting to organize our team for the 2012 Boston Marathon. The big day is April 16, 2012. This is going to be another memorable year for us and all our runners.
The Coffeehouse
Once a year in the spring, some of the best local musicians gather together and perform a special night of music for the Respite Center.
We would not exist without countless generous gifts over the years. We are often asked by people looking to give, What are a few things that Respite Center needs? Here is a list made by all of us of items that we always need, and are looking for.
